We are seeking a licensed and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide direct patient care in our urgent care clinic. The ideal candidate is a team player who is comfortable working independently and has experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of non-emergent medical conditions

• Perform minor procedures (e.g., laceration repair, abscess I&D)

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays and labs

• Prescribe medications and provide patient education

• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care

• Provide referrals when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted PA or NP license in the State of California

• DEA certification (or ability to obtain)

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in urgent care, ER, or primary care preferred

• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and independent decision-making

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts (Full-time or part-time available)

• Weekends and evening availability preferred but not required
