This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the guest seating areas. Roles and Responsibilities include keeping work space clean and organized; sweeping, cleaning tables, emptying trash, washing dishes, restocking product as needed, being friendly and focused on guest experience, willing to work as part of a team, and assisting in other areas if necessary. Requirements include being 15 years of age or older, punctual, reliable, flexible schedule, able to be productive during slow periods, able to lift light loads (25 lbs.), stand for long periods (5+ hrs.), bend/squat and reach, able to follow direction and communicate relevant information, able to positively engage with guests to answer any questions, able to maintain hygiene and personal appearance consistent with policies outlined in the Team Member Handbook, able to follow daily tasks as outlined in the food and beverage standard training operating procedures, assist with trucks and deliveries when needed, and desire to have fun while creating a memorable experience.
