We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Pediatric LPNs and RNs to provide exceptional care during night shifts for our young clients. At Phoenix Home Care and Hospice, we believe in making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.

Location: Williamsville, Mo

Pay Rate: $28.00/hr - $37.00/hr

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing, reviewing, and revising the client’s plan of care.
Provide nursing care as directed by the physician and the care plan.
Monitor, record, and report any changes in the client’s condition.
Educate clients and families on care needs and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in electronic records.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Requirements:

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive and professional attitude.
