Join our client's dynamic team as a Creative Project Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping impactful marketing campaigns. Our client is dedicated to delivering measurable outcomes through innovative digital advertising solutions, leveraging first-party membership sales data to drive growth both online and offline.

This is a 6 – month contract + possible extension and possible convert to perm. The team is located in San Bruno, CA , and the role is on-site 2-3 days/week. Onward Search provides benefits for 40 hour work week and weekly paychecks (W2) for duration of the contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Process Management : Oversee the production of creative campaigns, managing deliverables for 2 to 3 account lists. Collaborate with clients to gather source files and complete creative briefs.
• Project Coordination : Initiate work requests, develop production schedules, and assign tasks to the creative team using Workfront. Ensure timely routing of final creative assets for client review and approval.
• Status Reporting : Maintain detailed tracking and status updates for campaigns, ensuring compliance with internal processes and production requirements.
• Collaboration and Problem Solving : Work closely with Account Managers, Partner Managers, Designers, Copywriters, and other Producers to address campaign-related needs and provide effective solutions.
• Risk Management : Handle escalations for at-risk campaigns and ensure adherence to standard timelines and revision limits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Creative Operations, Business Operations Management, Account Management, or Marketing.
• Experience in the digital media industry, ideally within an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including issue resolution, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
