Job Description

TL;DR - We’ll know you’re the one if…

We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager who is equal parts organized operator and creative thinker. You’ll own the systems that keep our creative engine running—managing briefs, timelines, and handoffs. You catch bottlenecks before they happen and make processes more seamless every week. If the creative team is thriving and the work is getting better, faster, and more efficient—you’re doing your job.

About the Job

You’re stepping into a high-potential creative engine that’s quickly scaling and ready for its next level of operational excellence. The team is stellar—smart, fast, and deeply talented—but we need someone to bring the structure and firepower to keep everything aligned and accelerating. As our Creative Project Manager, you’ll be the connective tissue between strategy, design, and post-production—owning the systems, timelines, and workflows that make high-output creativity possible.

You’ll work closely with our VP of Growth, VP of Creative, and the full creative team to streamline the entire lifecycle of an ad—from brief to concept to launch. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, speed, and results. You’ll bring order to chaos, unlock more creative flow, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks as we scale hard.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end creative workflow
  • Act as the central hub between strategists, designers, editors, and leadership to keep projects moving on time and on brand
  • Build and continuously improve systems in Notion (or better tools you introduce) to streamline communication, feedback loops, and timelines
  • Proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies—and solve them before they become problems
  • Manage deadlines, creative calendars, and team bandwidth to ensure high output without burnout
  • Support creative testing velocity by ensuring new ideas get briefed, produced, and launched quickly and cleanly
  • Maintain visibility across all creative initiatives and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between the Growth and Creative teams to turn strategy into high-performing creative

♥️You’ll love this role if…

You thrive in fast-paced environments where speed and precision both matter

You love building systems that make teams more efficient and creative work more impactful

You’re the person who keeps all the moving parts moving

You’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and always asking: “How can this be better?”

You enjoy working with high performers and holding your own in a team that expects a lot

🤬You’ll hate this role if…

You need constant direction or prefer to be told exactly what to do

You get overwhelmed by managing multiple deadlines or shifting priorities

You see process-building as a chore, not an opportunity

You’re more comfortable in maintenance mode than in build mode

You’re uncomfortable giving structure to creative people—or receiving feedback from them

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a creative operations, project management, or production coordination role
  • Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills—you love building order out of chaos
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools like Notion, GSheets, and Slack
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication—you keep everyone in sync without micromanaging
  • Proven track record managing creative workflows from brief to launch across multiple channels (paid social, email, web, etc.)
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders without letting anything drop
  • Able to spot process gaps, create solutions, and continuously optimize without being asked
  • Deep respect for creative work—even if you’re not the one making it
  • Self-starter who thrives in lean, fast-moving teams with high standards and limited layers
