About The RCA House Points App Company The Ron Clark Academy (RCA) has developed the proprietary gamification application, House Points, which fosters an inclusive school culture by empowering students through positive recognition. The product has grown organically into a $1.6M annual revenue business, with over 1,000 subscribing schools nationwide. Role Overview The CEO will lead all aspects of this early-stage software business, including setting strategic vision, building a team, managing finances, securing funding, and guiding product development. The role demands leadership, technical understanding, business acumen, and adaptability to navigate a nascent company's challenges. Key Responsibilities Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategic plan to achieve market dominance. Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive company culture. Oversee product development, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer feedback. Manage fundraising efforts, investor relations, and financial health. Drive business development and sales strategies to expand market reach. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, EdTech, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience as a CEO or senior leader in SaaS startups. Track record of scaling SaaS products and driving growth. Strong financial management skills. Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership abilities. Deep understanding of EdTech landscape and customer needs.
