Kane Partners is looking for a Director of Finance for a global leader in pharmaceutical and medical device equipment. From lab-scale prototypes to high-speed commercial production systems, the company brings life-saving solutions to market with precision and reliability. Our North American subsidiary is rapidly expanding, and we’re looking for a Director of Finance to guide our financial strategy as we scale to the next level.

What You’ll Do:
· Shape and execute financial strategies that support our business goals.
· Lead the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial statements—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight.
· Oversee budgeting and forecasting in close coordination with our German headquarters.
· Manage cash flow, assess financial risks, and implement smart controls.
· Drive financial performance by identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
· Support external audits and ensure full tax compliance.
· Partner with operations, customer service, sales, and supply chain teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.
· Lead cost accounting practices that ensure accurate reporting and healthy profitability.
· Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
What You Bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
· 5+ years of financial leadership experience
· Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and risk management
· Proficiency in financial tools and systems (SAP and Excel preferred)
· Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
· Experience working with international teams is a plus
