Preparation: The abstract should be a brief structured summary of the paper (300 words max.) stating the Title, Background, Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions.
Responsibility: Authors have full responsibility for any statement submitted in the abstract.
Title: Type the Title in the box provided using Arial font, Size 10. Capitalize and bold title.
Authors: Type in the box provided using Arial font, Size 10, Bold Authors and Institutional Affiliations. List first Name followed by Middle Initial (if applicable) then Last Name.
Disclosure of No Conflict of Authorship: Authors/Co-Authors should realize that abstracts will be published in booklet as submitted.
Text: Type in lower case letter using Arial font, Size 10 in the box provided. Single space text with a double space between paragraphs. Generic names required the first time a drug is mentioned and are to be written in lower case letter.
Changes: Once an abstract is submitted to Scientific Committee, changes will not be permitted.
Selection: Abstracts will be selected for poster presentation based on Scientific Merit only.
Expenses: deep dive will not shoulder printing the accepted abstract as Poster. Authors will be notified by email of the exact requested measurement to precede printing it to unify the theme.
Awards: Abstracts will be evaluated. The best presentations (Poster) will be awarded at the end of deep dive conference.
Abstract submission: There is no limit for the number of submissions of Abstract.
