Abstract Submission Guidelines

Instructions:

• Domains: Medical research related to family medicine and clinical practice, or policies and procedures.
• Modes of Delivery:
  1. Oral Presentation
  2. Poster Presentation
• Participants:
  1. Healthcare Professionals (Consultants/Specialists, Residents, Interns)
  2. Medical Students
• Research Eligibility: The research must not have been conducted before October 2020.
• Submission Requirements:
  1- Incomplete research papers or proposals will not be considered for acceptance.
  2- The abstract should not exceed 500 words (excluding authors’ names and titles).
  3- The research must not have been previously presented at any other conference.

Awards: The best oral and poster presentations will be recognized with awards at the DeepDive Conference 2024.

Important Timelines:

• Call for Abstracts – October 30, 2024
• Deadline for Abstract Submissions – November 20, 2024
• Review of Abstracts – November 20, 2024 – December 3, 2024
• Poster/Oral Assignments Notification – December 5, 2024
• DeepDive Conference – December 18^th -20^th, 2024
