About The Role:

As CBREs Vice President, Mission Critical Services (MCS), Regulatory, & M&A integration, you will be the compliance subject matter expert for CBREs global Mission Critical Services business segment. You will build and lead compliance teams overseeing highly regulated service lines and monitor compliance activities for M&A transactions.

The MCS segment includes CBREs Government & Defense (including J&J Worldwide Services) and Infrastructure & Energy sectors. You will support complex, global transactions, develop compliance policies, oversee remediation activities, and ensure regulatory adherence.

You will also manage compliance professionals for CBREs capital markets and acquisition programs, reporting to the Chief Risk, Ethics & Compliance Officer. This role offers a significant impact on the companys success in providing high-quality real estate and facilities management services to clients worldwide, including U.S. federal government and defense contractors. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute compliance strategy with legal and executive teams.
  2. Oversee compliance on real estate, facility, and project transactions with public sector and defense clients globally.
  3. Partner with leadership to meet business and regulatory objectives.
  4. Advise on legal actions based on economic, regulatory, or technological changes.
  5. Identify and address risk, ethics, and compliance issues, providing strategic advice and training.
  6. Provide compliance training to teams and oversee staff development and hiring.
  7. Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance alignment.
  8. Lead by example, modeling CBREs values and standards.
  9. Solve complex legal, technical, and operational issues.
  10. Improve existing methods, processes, and standards.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
