Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) certification and at least 1 year of experience for a weekend overnight position in an acute care setting.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Position is in an acute care CT department
• Weekend overnight shifts, Friday to Sunday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Department operates a GE 64-slice CT scanner
• All CT scans performed, including stroke and trauma imaging
• No float requirement to other departments
• Epic EMR and Fuji Synapse PACS are used
• Department provides orientation upon start
• No color requirement for scrubs
• Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility
• Holiday coverage is required
• No call or standby requirement for this role
• IVs are started in the ED or inpatient unit; technologists are not required to start IVs

\n \n Requirements\n

• Current BLS (AHA) certification
• Certified CT Technologist, ARRT (CT)
• Active Kansas state license required if applicable
• At least 1 year of experience performing CT scans and administering IV contrast
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references: one supervisor within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years
