About the Role:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Training Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate employee development programs that support both individual and organizational growth. In this role, you will collaborate with department leads and subject matter experts to identify training needs, create engaging materials, and deliver impactful learning experiences that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning content.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain training records and ensure documentation is compliant with internal and external standards.
  • Partner with HR and department managers to support onboarding, compliance, and skills development initiatives.
  • Continuously update training content to reflect industry best practices and business priorities.
  • Support the implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
  • Monitor trends in learning and development and recommend innovative training solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a training or instructional design role.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in e-learning platforms, LMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Experience with instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Canva) is a plus.
  • Certification in training (e.g., CPTM, ATD) is a strong asset.
