Training Compliance Specialist

Location: Hybrid – Houston

Hire Talent is representing a not-for-profit safety organization that partners with training providers across the Americas. We are seeking a Training Compliance Specialist to help coordinate audits, manage training center communications, and support ongoing compliance activities within a structured quality system.

This position requires a self-motivated professional who thrives in a low-traffic office environment, is comfortable working independently, and has strong attention to detail. The role supports a globally dispersed team and involves travel coordination, reporting, and regional planning responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule dates, prepare documentation, and liaise with training centers and global auditors
  • Manage logistics including travel and accommodation for audit activity
  • Use internal systems (e.g., HUB) to track compliance tasks and audit progress
  • Plan and attend biannual Centre Forum meetings; take and distribute meeting minutes
  • Assist with budget planning by collecting and organizing data
  • Prepare and submit monthly performance reports in line with the Quality Management System
  • Ensure all tasks follow documented procedures and compliance standards

Qualifications:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in training coordination, compliance, quality assurance, or administrative support (energy, petroleum or regulated industries a plus)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently in both home and office settings
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn internal systems and processes quickly
  • Experience with audit or quality frameworks is helpful, but not required—training will be provided
