We are seeking to add a Title Search & Typist to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Job Description for Title Search:

1. Conduct online ownership research for properties located in various U.S. states.
2. Utilize platforms such as  Netronline  and other relevant tools to access public property records.
3. Analyse and interpret deeds, title documents, mortgage records, and related legal documents to verify current ownership.
4. Accurately document verified ownership information.
5. Prepare clear, concise, and well-structured reports on ownership findings for respective client.
6. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to legal/regulatory guidelines in handling sensitive ownership data.
7. Stay updated with state-specific regulations and changes in property record systems.

Required Skills for Title Search:

• Prior experience in title search preferably for the state of AZ, FL & MD.
• Proficiency in using platforms such as  Netronline .
• Solid knowledge of property titles, legal documents, deeds, and the mortgage verification process.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail for reviewing and extracting ownership data from complex documents.
• Familiarity with U.S. county-level property research and ownership regulations is a strong advantage.

Job Description for Title Typing:

1. Prepare and type property report or title commitments based on client requirement.
2. Review title search results to ensure accurate data entry
3. Interpret legal descriptions, ownership information, liens, and encumbrances
4. Input data into title production systems with high attention to detail
5. Coordinate with title examiners and other team members to clarify or correct information
6. Maintain consistency in document formatting, style, and compliance with client requirements
7. Ensure timely delivery of typed documents to meet closing deadlines
8. Handle revisions and corrections as needed.

Required Skills for Title Search:

• Proficiency in typing legal documents and understanding of title industry terminology
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
