About the Role Uber Eats is on a mission to deliver almost anything to our customers. We’re looking for a visionary and strategic consumer experience Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic and fast‑paced team. As a Sr. Product Manager on the Uber Eats Consumer Experience team, you will be directly responsible for aspects of the core consumer journey for the Uber Eats app that serves millions of users globally every day and is growing fast. You will set strategy and vision for the experience, align with cross‑functional partners, and drive that vision forward daily with Product Design, Data Science, Engineering, and Business teams. What the Candidate Will Do Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Design, Data Science, Engineering, and Ops, to identify opportunities to improve the consumer experience and drive business outcomes. Distill the vision and strategy for the team and effectively present and communicate it to cross‑functional partners and leadership to generate enthusiasm and drive alignment. Develop and maintain a roadmap of product initiatives, and implement data‑driven experiments to improve the core consumer experience for Uber Eats. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering highly successful and innovative consumer products with strong involvement in design and delivery. Extensive experience setting and delivering on a strategy you crafted, where you were accountable for the outcomes. Customer obsession: ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant solutions that are delightfully simple for our users. Experience building scaled businesses, including ownership and optimization of business performance metrics. Experience working with geographically distributed cross‑functional teams in an energetic, high‑octane environment. Preferred Qualifications Action‑oriented mindset: biased toward action, great collaborator, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery. High bar across the board, with a desire to grow and learn constantly. Attention to detail, obsessing over every pixel and underlying detail that drives the user experience. Strong data skills: ability to retrieve data, analyze it, and turn it into an insightful story to drive decisions. Passion for Uber’s mission and a deep understanding of the hybrid technology/operations nature of the company. Compensation and Benefits For U.S. locations, the base salary range is USD$190,000–$211,000 per year.
