The Trainer role is tasked with preparing new and current employees with all relevant information and materials to perform the duties of their job. Mostly focused on drivers and driving assistants, the trainer will host training seminars, educational sessions, and repetitive training meetings to ensure all employees are up to date with best practices and current standards for the operations of their vehicles and completion of daily tasks. Responsibilities include developing a schedule to assess training needs, conducting employee surveys and interviews, consulting with other trainers, managers, and leadership, tracking and compiling collected data, conceptualizing training materials based on data and research, communicating training needs and online resources, creating training strategies, initiatives, and materials, contacting and utilizing outside vendors and resources for instructional technology, testing and reviewing created materials, maintaining a database of all training materials, instructing employee training and onboarding, conducting training through new materials, reviewing employee performance and learning, coordinating and monitoring enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment, and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications include one (1) year of working experience and a high school diploma.
