Remote Sales Consultant

Gainey Financial Group is expanding! We're seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Consultants . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career with flexibility, income potential, and purpose—all from the comfort of your own home.
What You’ll Do:Conduct virtual client consultations via Zoom or phone
Recommend life insurance and financial protection plans tailored to client needs
Build relationships, follow up, and provide ongoing support to clients
Use company-provided leads—no cold calling or door-to-door sales
Stay current with product knowledge and maintain licensing compliance
100% remote, work-from-anywhere setup
Uncapped commission and bonus structure (first-year potential $50K–$120K+)
Weekly training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities
Licensing guidance and support
Access to best-in-class technology and systems
Strong communication and people skills
Self-driven with a growth mindset
Comfortable using Zoom and basic online tools
Willingness to get licensed (if not already—training provided)
Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus but not required
