Our work helps bring thoughtful development to life, and we’re looking for an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join the team.

As a PLS, you’ll be key in gathering and interpreting the data that shapes entire projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and other surveyors to deliver the precise, high-quality work we’re known for.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team working on a wide range of local projects—everything from residential developments and commercial spaces to public infrastructure—while enjoying a balance of field and office time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and performing boundary , topographic , and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
• Using modern surveying tools like total stations, GPS equipment, and data collectors to capture field data accurately
• Ensuring all survey work complies with California standards and relevant regulations
• Preparing detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings
• Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and clients to keep projects on track
• Guiding and mentoring field crews to maintain accuracy and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in California (or eligible for licensure soon)
• Hands-on experience with modern survey instruments and software
• Strong grasp of land surveying techniques, mapping, and legal standards
• A sharp eye for detail and solid problem-solving skills
• Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
