We are seeking a driven and ambitious Private Equity Origination Associate to join our growing team.

What you’ll Do::

  • Deal Sourcing & Origination: Proactively identify and generate investment opportunities including new platform and add-on acquisitions through creative outreach and data-driven research
  • Relationship Development: Establish and cultivate relationships with business owners, executives, investment bankers, lawyers and business advisors via email, phone, and conferences to build trust and originate new deals
  • Industry Research: Perform in-depth industry analysis to identify emerging trends, sector dynamics, and white space opportunities in CSC target industries
  • Due Diligence: Contribute to the deal origination and qualification process by screening and assessing new investment leads, supporting early-stage diligence efforts.
  • Prepare Investment Materials: Develop clear, compelling presentations and reports for investment committee and key stakeholder review.
  • Market Monitoring: Continuosly monitor private equity deal activity and valuation trends across multiple industry verticals to inform sourcing strategy and competive positioning.
  • Project Management: Partner with colleagues in HR, marketing, finance, operations, and to drive results and support company-wide objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Analytical Acumen: Strong quantitative skills, with experience in financial modeling and valuation.
  • Financial Insight: Solid understanding of financial statements and experience with cash flow analysis.
  • Experience: 1–2+ years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or related fields.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Drive and Adaptability: Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism: High standards of integrity, discretion, and judgment.
