With a competitive pay range of $19 to $28.50 per hour, your contributions will be recognized and rewarded. The schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday, 7?am to 5?pm or 8?am to 6?pm. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of complex clerical duties that are crucial for expediting the documentation, maintenance, and control of police records, reports, case files, and statistics.
• Manage intricate office processes that ensure the accuracy and security of essential information.
• Serve as the department receptionist, providing a welcoming environment for visitors and assisting with inquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in clerical skills with a focus on accuracy over speed.
• Must become BCI and NCIC certified. May be required to become a certified notary public.
• Proficiency with various software tools for processing and maintaining records efficiently.
• Attention to detail is essential for managing police records, case files, and statistical information.
