Our client in the beauty industry is seeking a Peak Season Weekend Picker Packer to join their team. As a Picker Packer, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting the company's operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team player mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Peak Season Weekend Shift Picker Packer

Location: Northside of Jacksonville, FL - 32218

Pay Range: $17.75 per hour

Shift : Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 6AM - 6PM until end of November, then 12 hour shifts, 6 days a week (could be weekend day as well) for 2-3 weeks of peak

What's the Job?

• Picking and packing small makeup items using a headset voice pick system and pick sheets
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment
• Working in a fast-paced environment to meet daily production goals
• Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts
• Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required, but experience picking and packing in a warehouse environment helpful
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Flexibility to work 12 hour days during the peak season in November and December
