As a Pega Business Analyst the candidate will work closely with business and technology partners to deliver solutions.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $80k - $95k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Understand stakeholder needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem.
  • Support cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions to business strategy.
  • Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
  • Provide subject matter expertise within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions
  • Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications and assist with identifying integration points and the end-to-end solution design.
  • Ensure changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies.
  • For vendor applications, work closely with the vendor to ensure changes meet bank requirements including assisting with acceptance testing where needed.
  • Assist users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting and may help with test planning and configuring test solutions to validate functional and system needs.
  • Document processes, procedures and workflows associated with applications.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions.
  • Create, maintain, and present training materials for end-users.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience (preferably in the financial industry), with a minimum of 3 years of experience with the agile methodology.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Pega Case Design, Flows and Management
  • Candidates must possess advanced problem solving skills, the willingness to learn and ability to effectively and concisely communicate verbally and in written/presentation format.
  • Having a solid grasp on what it takes to deliver technical solution to resolve business needs is a must.
  • The candidate will be working in a supportive and transparent team environment, while having the ability to research and resolve issues independently.
  • Candidates must have good communication skills and the ability to engage and influence teams across technology and the business.

Desired Skills
