What Youll Be Doing:

• Join on property tours, client visits, and supply runs youll be in the field as much as in front of a screen
• Handle admin work: send invoices, schedule meetings, draft proposals, and keep things moving
• Perform quality control checks to ensure jobs are done right
• Transport supplies between job sites around Greater Cleveland
• Work directly with management to streamline operations and make an impact

What Were Looking For:

• Recent college graduate (or graduating soon) no corporate experience required, just hustle and a great attitude
• Business or business-related 4 year degree
• Reliable vehicle + valid driver's license
• Solid communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• A self-starter who doesnt need to be micromanaged
• Comfortable with working weekends when needed
• Organized, dependable, and ready to learn fast

Position Details:

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 9 AM5 PM (In-person)
• Pay: $40,000 annually + monthly bonus, paid weekly (gas compensated)
• Location: Based in Cleveland, with travel thoroughout Greater Cleveland
