What You'll Do - Help real people live safe, independent lives at home
- Be a friend, a support, and a positive presence
- Help with daily tasks like meals, rides, cleaning, or just being there

What You Need to Bring - Be 18 or older
- A car, a license, and proof of insurance
- A kind heart and a strong sense of responsibility
- A background check and reference
No experience? That's okay. We'll train you.
Roles and Responsibilities - Comprehensive Support: Help clients with daily living and independence
- Professional Friendship: Build strong, healthy, respectful relationships
- Daily Living Assistance: Support personal care and household needs
- Health and Wellness: Join them at medical visits, encourage healthy habits, and support social connection
To Join ABI Resources - High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of disability experience is great (but not required)
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Background check and personal or professional reference
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must be ready to make a real difference
