Responsibilities: The Marketing Consultant will support Barrow Wise's Rail government project and perform the following duties: Innovative Campaign Development: Let your imagination soar as you design marketing campaigns that not only highlight our brand new business-class offering but also tell a compelling story that engages travelers and piques their interest. Insightful Market Reporting: Be the detective! Create comprehensive market demand reports that illuminate the unique features of our innovative train travel experience, helping us understand what our customers truly desire Customer Engagement Focus: Develop strategies that not only promote our business-class service but also cultivate deeper customer engagement and loyalty. Your goal will be to forge lasting connections with our audience that keep them coming back! Conduct thorough market research to uncover target demographics, track industry trends, and analyze the competition. Your insights will be pivotal in shaping our strategic direction. Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, websites, and print materials Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality visuals that align with our branding and marketing objectives Manage social media campaigns to drive engagement, awareness, and conversions for our business class offering Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide insights for continuous improvement Organize promotional events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to create buzz and drive traffic Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies to maximize outreach and bookings Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance and strategic recommendations to senior management Work remotely and travel to California at least 4 times annually An ideal candidate has the following: U.S. Citizenship Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proven eight years of experience in marketing, especially in the travel/train/transportation industry/Fortune 500, with a stellar marketing portfolio Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for storytelling Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting Proficient in marketing analytics tools and software, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Creative thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Track record of being highly organized and self-motivated Join the team at Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC, for a fulfilling and engaging experience!
