Resource Innovations is seeking a Market Engagement Consultant to join our growing team in Illinois. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Market Engagement Consultant with a strong background in project management to support a large electrification serving customers in Northern Illinois. Duties And Responsibilities Support Program Managers in project development, tracking and analysis, and management of energy efficiency projects. Identify and escalate issues as appropriate and recommend strategies to address issues. Provide general administrative support to the project teams. Function as a cooperative and cohesive member of project teams. Demonstrate a willingness to play a variety of roles (e.g., administrative, quality assurance, research, writing) as required to achieve project/task success. Technical experience with energy efficiency, HVAC, energy efficiency audits or related technologies. Complete assignments on schedule and within the allotted budget or hours. Successfully and independently track and perform small tasks within a project or program. Track multiple task or project deadlines and alert manager in advance of conflicts. Other duties as assigned. Requirements B.S. or B.A. preferred - energy, environment, public policy, or technical field desired. 3+ years work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM software preferred. Highly motivated and positive attitude. Superior organization and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility to work with a variety of team members and dynamic project demands. Interest or experience in a field related to energy, HVAC technology, or sustainability. Experience troubleshooting problems and recommending solutions. Ability to identify process improvements and communicate plans for improvement.
