Manager, Marketing – In-Club Experience & Signage, Sam's Club
Location: Bentonville, AR | Full-time | In-Office

Manager, Marketing – In-Club Experience & Signage, you’ll join a collaborative and fast-paced team focused on bringing our brand to life in communities across the country. In this role, you’ll lead our in-club signage marketing channel, contribute to strategic planning efforts, and support innovation projects that enhance the member experience.

What you'll do...

• Lead our in-club signage marketing channel and provide input on the planning efforts that align with Sam’s Club’s broader business goals.
• Manage in-club signage and member-facing communications to ensure consistency and clarity across all projects and activations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners—including Membership, Creative, Real Estate, Operations, and Compliance—to align marketing plans with club timelines and business priorities.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for agency partners to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing or retail strategy—preferably in a cross-functional or omni-channel environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across departments and with external partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with marketing channels such as email, social, direct mail, and in-club activations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
