Warren Wilson College is looking for a Mail and Print Services Manager to lead the daily operations of our campus mailroom and copy center. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of mail and packages across campus, as well as supporting departments with high-quality print services.
The Manager is responsible for overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail from various carriers, ensuring accurate delivery to campus post office boxes. In addition to managing mail operations, this position leads the campus copy center, handling small print jobs and document reproduction for departments using high-speed, high-capacity equipment.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service. The Mail and Print Services Manager works closely with students, faculty, and staff, and is responsible for supervising and mentoring student employees in both the mailroom and print shop. Setting clear expectations and holding student workers accountable is a key part of this leadership role.
