Job Description

Required Education/Experience

• Master's Degree and 2 years Relevant work experience or

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years Relevant work experience or

• Associate's Degree and 7 years Relevant work experience or

• High School Diploma/GED and 9 years Relevant work experience

Relevant Work Experience

• Minimum of two years of supervisory/managerial experience, required.

• Working knowledge in one of the following areas: Construction Operations, Field Support, Management, preferred.

• Construction, Operations or Management Experience, preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Data Analytics software, preferred.

• Working knowledge of Maximo CworX, preferred.

• Ability to drive change and lead strategic initiatives, preferred.

• Ability to handle multiple assignments with changing priorities while meeting deadlines, preferred.

• Ability to interact with all levels of management, preferred.

Skills and Abilities

• Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty

• Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments

• Develops and delivers effective presentations

Licenses and Certifications

• Driver's License Required

Physical Demands

• Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday

• Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday

• Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday

• Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and kneel throughout the workday

• Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday

Additional Physical Demands

• The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
