The Opportunity
We’re looking for a curious and driven Junior Product Manager to join our Product team in Chicago. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data, technology, and customer experience. You’ll play a hands on role in shaping digital lending products that directly impact thousands of customers. If you love solving problems, connecting the dots across teams, and seeing your work make a real difference this is the place for you.
What You’ll Do
· Support product planning and execution throughout the full product lifecycle; from concept to launch
· Collaborate with engineering, data science, compliance, and marketing to bring ideas to life
· Analyze key performance metrics to guide decisions and measure success
· Help document requirements, manage product backlogs, and contribute to the roadmap
· Participate in problem-solving sessions to uncover root causes and recommend improvements
· Identify opportunities to simplify processes and elevate the customer experience
What You’ll Bring
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
· 2–5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or project management
· Strong communication and collaboration skills and you enjoy working across teams
· A data informed mindset; comfortable exploring insights in Excel, SQL, or similar tools
· A self starter mentality with a passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points For
· Internship or early career experience in product, software development, or FinTech
· Curiosity about technology, product design, or customer experience
· Coursework or background in computer science, business, or UX
