Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Inside Technical Sales Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, direct-hire position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee customer inquiries through various channels, ranging from recommendations of product to technical solutions.
• Preparation of comprehensive sales proposals.
• Negotiation of terms and the closing of sales.
• Ensure satisfactory post-sale support.
• Collaboration with service and engineering teams to ensure client needs are met and technical solutions are feasible.
• Maintenance of records regarding customer and sales activity.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in technical sales preferred.
• Experience with mechanical business, systems, or a related field.
• Must be proficient in the Microsoft suite and CRM software.
• Thorough understanding of Boilers, HVAC systems, and related systems.
• Knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents.
