ABOUT THE ROLE

MESHKI is on an exciting growth trajectory across the United States and we’re looking for an ambitious and highly organised Influencer Coordinator to help us take our US influencer program to the next level.

As part of MESHKI’s global Influencer Marketing team, you’ll support day-to-day campaign coordination, relationship management, and influencer gifting to help strengthen our brand presence, deliver impactful partnerships and hit key performance targets for the region.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Support the execution of end-to-end influencer campaigns - from outreach and briefing to product coordination, content tracking and reporting.
• Help drive USA influencer growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with creators who align with MESHKI’s aesthetic and brand values.
• Collaborate closely with the Influencer Specialist and broader global team to execute regional strategies and ensure alignment across campaigns.
• Meet monthly KPI's for influencer order send-outs, ensuring timely dispatch and strategic selection of products.
• Assist in identifying and sourcing new influencers across tiers to expand MESHKI’s footprint in the US market.
• Manage influencer gifting programs, including coordination of deliveries, sample tracking and communication with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Support the setup of paid collaborations - coordinating deliverables, contracts and approvals in line with campaign goals.
• Contribute to reporting and performance tracking, ensuring campaign results and insights are shared with the wider team.
• Bring ideas, knowledge and market insights to help shape and improve influencer initiatives and creative activations in the US.
• Provide hands-on support for ad hoc projects, influencer events, and brand partnership opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING

• 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, or partnerships (fashion experience preferred).
• Passionate about the influencer space, with a strong understanding of the US creator landscape.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A team player who’s excited to collaborate with a global brand and contribute to MESHKI’s ongoing success in the US market.
