Position Overview

As our Inbound Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll own Xnurta's digital channels and paid media spend, driving our inbound leads that fuel our company's pipeline and revenue goals. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and partnering closely with RevOps, Sales, Creative, Product, and the executive team, you'll develop and execute campaigns across organic and paid social, PR, and SEO. You'll also optimize our website for conversions and manage relationships with contractors across paid ads, organic social, influencers, and PR.

This role is based in Bellevue, WA and requires being in-office 4 days/week (Mondays through Thursdays).

What You'll Do

Lead Generation & Campaigns:
  • Develop paid and organic campaigns on LinkedIn and other digital channels in partnership with contract agencies
  • Manage Xnurta's inbound marketing budget, adjusting spend based on performance metrics
  • Coordinate with PR and influencer contractors to amplify reach and generate awareness
Website & Conversion Optimization :
  • Own xnurta.com's landing pages, optimizing for lead gen form submissions
  • Run A/B tests and UX optimizations to improve onsite conversion rates
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and report on KPIs: traffic by channel, onsite conversion, inbound leads, lead-to-opp conversion rate, pipeline generated
  • Use GA4, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Ads Manager to analyze performance and inform strategy
  • Present monthly performance reviews to the VP of Marketing, SVP of Sales, and CEO
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with RevOps to align leads and pipeline tracking
  • Work with Sales and CS to ensure lead handoff and follow-up processes
  • Collaborate with Product and Creative on messaging, offers, and assets
What You'll Bring

Must Have Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of B2B SaaS inbound or growth marketing experience (retail media experience a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in GA4, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Proven track record of hitting lead and pipeline targets in a scrappy environment
  • Comfortable managing marketing budgets and contractor relationships
  • Experience optimizing websites for lead gen (Webflow preferred)
  • Creative thinker who can ideate new ways to engage prospects
  • Owner's mindset: you love rolling up your sleeves and driving results end-to-end

  • SEO tools experience and GPT-powered content optimization
