Overview
CTG is seeking to fill an Image Data Collection & Annotation for our client in Morrisville, NC.
Location: Morrisville, NC
Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension
Duties:
Capture structured, high-resolution image data using proprietary in-house devices (training provided).
Follow detailed scene composition, subject placement, and lighting guidelines.
Operate in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, controlled/uncontrolled lighting) as needed.
Maintain proper handling, care, and setup of company-provided imaging devices.
Apply labeling and annotation workflows using internal tools.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across datasets.
Identify and flag ambiguous cases or inconsistencies in labeling logic.
Provide actionable feedback to improve device usability, data capture workflows, and annotation tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to iterate on processes and resolve workflow challenges.
Document observations related to data quality, edge cases, and tool performance.
Skills:
Strong background in photography and photo editing tools.
Comfortable with digital imaging devices (e.g., digital cameras) and manual photo settings.
High attention to detail and ability to consistently follow complex protocols.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Reliable transportation.
Experience:
Experience in photography, image capture, and post-processing.
Familiarity with annotation tools and workflows is a plus.
Experience in varied shooting conditions (lighting, environment) preferred.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or coursework in photography, imaging, or related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
