Home Health Office Assistant Location Simi Valley, CA :

About Us: At Comfort Home Health, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Office Assistant to join our administrative team and support daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct calls appropriately
• Maintain and organize patient charts and medical records (electronic and paper)
• Assist with data entry, filing, and faxing documents
• Schedule patient visits and coordinate with field staff
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and communication
• Support billing and payroll processes as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient and agency information
• Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous office or administrative experience preferred (home health or healthcare setting a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
