$50,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

We’re hiring a Head of Product to take ownership of what we build, why we build it, and how it scales. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape our product vision and execute across a fast-evolving roadmap, spanning real-time voice AI infrastructure, workflows, and enterprise use cases across multiple industries and geographies.

This is gonna be the person who sees the full picture (market, customer, infra, and GTM) and translates chaos into clear priorities. You’ll work closely with engineering, sales, and customer success to ship fast, validate faster, and scale the things that deliver real value.

If you’ve built and scaled high-velocity SaaS/B2B products before—and want to work on something category-defining, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy—from vision and roadmap to specs, launch, and iteration.
  • Define what we build, when, and why—based on user pain, technical feasibility, and market fit.
  • Translate messy needs into sharp specs, interfaces, and flows—working closely with engineering and design.
  • Drive execution across sprints—keeping builds tight, fast, and focused.
  • Partner with sales and customer teams to prioritize what’s real vs what’s noise.
  • Talk to users constantly—enterprise clients, devs, and operators—to ground decisions in reality.
  • Work across the stack: infra, tooling, UI/UX, integrations, dashboards, and internal ops.
  • Help scale our internal product systems—tracking feedback, managing roadmaps, running reviews.
  • Shape how we ship—tight cycles, real feedback loops, and a bias for action.
  • Think deeply about the future of voice-native AI and help us build toward it.
  • Build a product team that ships fast.

Who You Are

  • 7–12+ years of experience in product roles, ideally at high-growth SaaS, infra or B2B startups.
  • Proven ability to take products from zero to scale—across both technical and business dimensions.
  • Strong product sense, sharp judgment, and excellent prioritization.
  • Experience working closely with engineers on complex, API-heavy or infra-layer products.
  • Comfortable translating technical complexity into simple UX and clear decisions.
  • You’ve worked with enterprise customers, understood their workflows, and helped ship things that actually got adopted.
  • You’re not afraid of ambiguity and you bring structure.
  • You can say no clearly and you know what deserves a yes.
  • You move fast, write clearly, and always close the loop.
  • Have built and scaled a high-functioning product team.

Bonus

  • Background in voice AI, ML, LLMs, or developer platforms
  • Experience building AI-native UX or real-time systems
  • Exposure to telco, healthcare, F&B, or support-focused product stacks
  • You’ve managed a team—or want to scale into that as the org grows
  • Comfortable leading product conversations with large enterprise clients and partners
