Our 82,000 sq. ft. facility in Spartanburg, SC is a state-of-the-art packaging plant that serves a diverse range of clients, including medical, pharmaceutical and well known liquor and tobacco brands. We offer Sheetfed offset, and narrow-web flexo, along with die cutting and custom folding/gluing, all supported by advanced inline quality control systems.

Entry-level wages start between $16.00 - $18.00 / hour based on relevant work experience and a strong employment history. 

The plant operates an 8-hour shift schedule , and our shift options are below. We are looking for candidates who are flexible and can work any of the shift options, as production needs change from time to time. 

6 am - 2 pm - (M-F) 

2 pm – 10 pm ( M-F) - M-F 

10 pm – 6 am (Sun-Thurs) 

  Essential Functions of this position include: 

• Prepare for Operation - Check order documentation to prepare for make-ready operations. Make ready for production by setting up machine components to create products in line with customer specifications.
• Learn to Operate - Learn to operate assigned equipment according to Company policies and procedures. Observe and monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are needed. Perform routine adjustments as needed and directed by the Operator.
• Perform Maintenance - Assist Operator and learn to perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot assigned equipment during shift.
• Perform Quality Checks - Complete quality checklist(s) and perform product quality checks throughout to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform Line Clearance - Clean assigned area by removing all products from the line, trash, boxes, and other supplies associated with a completed order. 

Required Qualifications:

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old. 
• Successful candidates must be able to perform the following: stand long hours, and use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement. Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the shift.
• Must be able to read and follow directions and able to manage multiple tasks/projects. 
• The ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Working independently with minimal supervision.
• The ability to perform basic math calculations is required.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of production equipment.
• Must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in both written and oral form.
• Ability to work overtime is required. Shift schedules may vary depending on workload. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but will train the right candidate. 
• Someone who excels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The actual rate of pay offered will vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime and shift differentials.
