As an Executive Director, you will play a key leadership role in our community, which is guided by Better Living Management Services. This role oversees all community operations, ensuring programs align with our mission to provide comfort, connection, and dignity to every resident. The Executive Director also works to create a positive and supportive workplace where staff feel valued and supported in their development. By leading department heads, this role ensures the community meets—and exceeds—our high standards of care and service.
Schedule: This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday with on-call responsibilities as needed.
