Division: Engineering Division

Job Duties

Develop, enhance, support, and maintain the firms software solutions supporting global businesses.
Design and implement scalable, high-quality technology solutions using internal and open-source services.
Manage requirements gathering, development, testing, UAT, and deployment.
Collaborate with internal teams on solution design.
Identify external technologies to innovate and disrupt financial platforms.
Participate in all SDLC phases to meet internal and regulatory standards.
Design and maintain testing suites for safe, scalable solutions.
Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field with 3 years of experience, OR Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience must include at least three of the following skills:

C++ or Java
Full SDLC including requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, support
Building multi-threaded, multi-process enterprise applications in Unix
Technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, RabbitMQ, Kafka
Relational databases like Oracle or Sybase
Microservices architecture with REST, Spring, etc.
SQL or NoSQL technologies like MongoDB
