Job Description

Overview Marksman Security Corporation is now seeking a Director of Security Operations . The Director will oversee security personnel, ensuring the site is properly staffed and officers are trained and motivated. The Director will also work closely with the client contact to achieve goals and objectives set forth by Marksman Security and the association. Responsibilities Interact with all guests (clients, residents and visitors) in a professional demeanor Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment) Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.) Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner Manage security personnel including scheduling, counseling and disciplinary actions when necessary Other duties to be determined by management Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of three years previous security supervision or leadership experience required Flexible/on-call schedule availability Professional demeanor and appearance Excellent computer skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Attentive to detail Must be able to multi task in a fast-paced environment Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug) Benefits Insurance: medical, vision and dental Short term disability Critical care/Hospital Indemnity Complimentary life insurance Pet insurance Legal assistance/guidance Identity theft protection Paid training Paid time off Competitive compensation Career advancement opportunities Employee referral bonus program Employee assistance program (EAP) Continuous learning opportunities through LMS Employee recognition events Employee performance incentives/rewards Professional growth and development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Marksman Security
