This role offers uncapped commissions plus a base pay. First-year on-target earnings (OTE) are typically over $80,000-$90,000. The starting base pay is $20/hour, influenced by experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter will provide specific compensation details during hiring. Purpose This position involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. It requires accurate data recording of prospective customer information and market areas. Eligible employees may receive a monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement. Primary Responsibilities Work diligently to generate leads via door-to-door campaigning in assigned areas, creating qualified sales opportunities as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager. Transport yourself to the assigned territory and work independently, always representing Renewal by Andersen professionally. Use company mapping and business applications to record detailed house-to-house data accurately. Maintain a neat, professional appearance and proper uniform, with necessary permits. Attend required company meetings. Communicate ideas to improve canvassing effectiveness to the Program Manager. Master company methodologies, products, and current promotions to become a Signature Service expert.
