The Plaza Assisted Living is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist!
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for enhancing the organization's online presence and performance across all digital channels. This role focuses on monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance, maintaining and optimizing the company website, and managing social media platforms to drive engagement, visibility, and lead generation. The specialist works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all digital efforts align with brand standards, marketing goals, and business objectives.
Salary: $70,000/year
Essential Job Functions:
· Develop online marketing strategies focused on generating inquiries, referrals and conversions.
· Steward the digital marketing mix of paid, earned media, SEO, email and other content marketing, social, and reputation management initiatives.
· Regularly measure and report on websites, online/offline campaigns and other digital platform performance.
· Remain current on the latest industry technologies, trends and strategies.
· Oversee the ongoing optimization of all digital marketing tactics
· Develop and implement content marketing and social media strategies with sales and marketing team and Agency partners
· Maintain The Plaza's social media presence
· Maintain and optimize The Plaza Assisted Living website with Agency partners, including updating content, functionality, privacy compliance
· Create (write and design) content to support digital marketing strategies including website, social, email marketing and reputation management
· Assists team members and customers with digital marketing related trouble shooting (i.e. website, CRM)
· Participate in all sales/marketing training
· Assist with the promotion, planning, coordination and execution of Plaza Assisted Living events
· Assist all Plaza Assisted Living communities with various marketing related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
· This position requires a minimum bachelor's degree.
· Current Tuberculosis Clearance.
· CPR and First Aid Certified.
Preferred:
· A minimum of 2-3 years progressive digital marketing and SEO experience.
· Proven analytical experience with success in growing and driving results.
· Proven ability to build digital channel strategies that align with business goals.
· Advanced Google Analytics capabilities; experience with other reporting platforms is beneficial.
· Proficiency with Microsoft office tools.
· Experience developing marketing strategies.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, present complex ideas concisely and clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing.
· Ability to motivate self while managing multiple projects and meeting various deadlines simultaneously.
· Customer service skills including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
· Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding The Plaza's core values.
· In addition, troubleshooting, organizational and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements.
Work Environment & Schedule:
· Consistent work schedule with the ability to be flexible adjusting to work occasional evenings and weekends.
· Physical requirements of position: frequent standing/walking/bending/stooping, occasional reaching above shoulders, lifting and sitting. In addition, must be free of communicable disease.
