Seeking a talented Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator with experience for an exciting opportunity in the heart of NYC. The ideal candidate:

• Is exceptionally focused on delivering superior customer service
• Proficient in organizing dental treatment plans, scheduling, charting, and conducting pre-treatment evaluations
• Has expertise in handling PPO insurance and service charges

$23 - $26 hourly

• Welcome and assist patients with warmth and friendliness during both check-in and check-out procedures
• Manage incoming emails and phone calls promptly and courteously
• Efficiently arrange and coordinate appointments
• Present and discuss treatment plans with patients
• Provide patients with cost estimates before treatment and ensure clear communication
• Confirm appointments scheduled through Zocdoc and online platforms
• Update and maintain the daily schedule, including follow-up and recall reports
• Work closely with dentists and support staff to deliver exceptional service
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills consistently

• Proficiency in Dentrix software is a mandatory requirement to ensure effective communication within our dental practice setting
• Demonstrating a friendly and task-oriented approach is essential for engaging with both patients and colleagues successfully
• Strong teamwork skills are pivotal for fostering collaboration within our dental clinic environment
• Candidates with a deep motivation and empathy towards patient care are highly preferred for this role
• Previous experience in dental receptionist positions is advantageous for applicants interested in this opportunity
