Responsibilities:Provide strategic workforce planning expertise to the US Intelligence Community (IC) with a focus on workforce modernization and mobilityDevelop and implement with IC partners career path roadmaps for specific IC professions; re-evaluate roadmaps as neededDevelop methods to formalize professions and identify measures to track progress of these effortsOrganize and facilitate interagency community of practice quarterly meetingsCreate competency models and identify developmental or training activities by proficiency levelCollaborate with IC subject matter experts and working groups on human capital prioritiesDevelop workforce upskilling strategiesRefine and update content in IC-wide competencies libraryConsult on best practices in workforce analysisAdvise IC agencies on human capital policy, the workforce of the future, and other long-term goalsConduct data-driven research and analysisQualifications:Requires a TS/SCI with PolygraphRequires a BS/BA with 18+ years, a MS/MA with 10+ years or no degree and 24+ years of experienceExperience developing core and leadership competency modelsExperience conducting skills-gap analysis and developing upskilling strategiesExperience planning and implementing career pathsStrategic workforce planning experienceExpertise related to advancing foundational competencies in AI within workforce(s)Microsoft Office proficiencyDesired:Human resource process improvement experienceOrganizational change management experiencePrevious experience leading communities of practice and/or working groupsStrategic communications
