Role Summary

As a CNC Machinist , you will:

• Set up and operate various machine tools to produce precision parts.
• Utilize your expertise with horizontal boring machines (HBM) to fabricate and modify components.
• Interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain and repair equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

This is a second shift opportunity, and overtime may be required.

New hires are eligible for a $2500 sign-on bonus!

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, manual lathes, and other equipment.
• Follow established processes for operational tasks.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments like micrometers and dial indicators.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

• 2+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing or repair environment.
• High School Diploma or GED with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience operating large machines, particularly HBM.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in the workplace.
