Job Type Full-time Description No prior automotive industry experience is required to apply! We are seeking individuals with various industry backgrounds. ~ Related Fields: Airline, hotel, restaurant, mortgage lending, hospitality, customer service, guest service, high-end retail As a Call Center Representative, you will be on the front lines of delivering elevated hospitality and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience to develop a loyal customer base. You will impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle Responsibilities: Demonstrate a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity Answers incoming phone calls in an extremely courteous, enthusiastic, and professional manner as part of our call center Scheduling service reservations Identify guests' needs, clarify information, and offer assistance and support Responding to guest inquiries via chat Qualifications: Education : At least 18 years of age Experience : Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus Skills : Focus on providing customers an outstanding experience in every interaction Must enjoy a fast-paced environment that includes working with a high volume of phone calls, chats, and email inquiries Ability to multi-task (example: finishing emails or chat sessions while taking calls) Organizational skills Able to develop and maintain the knowledge base required to properly assist guests in a fast-growing company Ability to de-escalate a guest interaction Able to work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity Strong communication skills Punctual and dependable with scheduling flexibility Physical Requirements: Work Environment : Primarily office-based, involving prolonged periods of sitting at a desk. Computer Use : Frequent use of a computer for handling calls, entering data, and managing customer information. Visual Acuity : Must be able to read and interpret information on computer screens and printed materials. Manual Dexterity : Ability to use a keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Mobility : Occasional walking, standing, and reaching within the office environment. Communication : Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues. Hearing : Good hearing ability to effectively listen to and understand customer inquiries over the phone. Physical Effort: The job may occasionally require lifting items up to 25 lbs.
