Our consultants bring deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI. Our business value and leadership has been recognized by various market research firms, including Forrester and Gartner. We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant to join our team in Beaverton, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SQL and Tableau, along with proven experience in the Retail domain. This role requires someone who can translate complex data into meaningful insights that support business growth and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to manage, extract, and analyze large datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Tableau solutions.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across multiple reporting sources.
• Stay updated on Tableau features and best practices to implement innovative solutions and communication skills.
• Support ongoing improvements to BI tools, processes, and reporting standards.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of proven, hands-on experience in Business Intelligence or Data Consulting.
• Strong expertise in SQL and Tableau, including dashboard development, data visualization, and performance optimization.
• Experience in Retail domain analytics or related industry data projects.
• Deep understanding of Tableau Server configuration, access management, and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field is required.
