We're Hiring: Bilingual Contact Centre Agent (Tuesday–Saturday, 11:30am–8:00pm)
Location: Brossard
Starting Rate: $19.50/hour

The Contact Centre Agent is responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting our customers efficiently and professionally.
Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday
11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls and assist with outbound calls as needed
Respond to customer inquiries and direct calls appropriately
Analyze and diagnose problems to resolve issues at first contact
Manage emails and ensure high customer satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams
Foster strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Perform additional related tasks as required
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary an asset)
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in an office/call center environment
Proficient in phone communication and computer usage
Bilingualism (English & French) is required.
