Job Description

SUMMARY:

Maintains student records and performs attendance accounting functions for a TUSD school.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Speak, read, and write in English. Computer skills (Microsoft Office). Three years of experience in general office procedures OR attendance accounting procedures.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE

FBI fingerprint background check required. Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

Effective: 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR Location: Sam Hughes Elementary School - Speedway & Tucson Blvd Area Classification: White Collar FTE: 1.0 – 8 hours per day Work Calendar: 10 months Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
