Thermo Fisher, a leading manufacturing organization in the industrial sector, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Asheville, NC

Pay Range: 18.00-19.80

Shift: 2nd

What's the Job?

• Assemble parts and sub-assemblies according to design specifications and quality standards
• Select components, align, and secure them using appropriate tools and fasteners
• Apply wiring harnesses, sensors, and electrical components following detailed diagrams and instructions
• Inspect parts during assembly to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow them
